As Our FX Product Manager You’ll own the suite of products that help our enterprise clients navigate currency risk and optimize their operations in an increasingly complex global landscape. You'll build sophisticated FX risk management tools—from forward contracts and spot hedging instruments to dynamic pricing engines—that give finance teams the control and visibility they need over their cross-border exposure. This means understanding the nuances of how different businesses experience FX risk, whether they're managing recurring supplier payments, volatile revenue streams, or large one-off transactions. Working closely with our sales, implementation, and client success teams, you'll identify the specific pain points that keep CFOs and treasurers up at night, then translate those into elegant product solutions. You'll need to balance flexibility and automation, ensuring our tools can accommodate diverse hedging strategies while remaining intuitive enough for non-specialists to use confidently. Your Role As a Product Manager At Sokin Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often. Spend time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to understand the value, feasibility, viability and usability of solutions. Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact. Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers. Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. You’re driven to make a difference and want to fully own your product roadmap. You're someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product and the data behind it. You're comfortable working closely with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders, ensuring products are designed in a user-centric way while remaining compliant. Your enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions to deliver value to users. You have a good understanding of technical concepts and can work closely with engineers to find the best solution to a problem. You love solving problems in innovative and creative ways.
