This role is full-time, permanent Monday-Friday standard office hours.
As a Property Progressor, it will be your role to help ensure the smooth progression of the purchase process for our clients following acceptance of offer through to completion; Liaise with a range of contractors to obtain quotes and availability for reports to be undertaken to include building survey & valuation, gas, electrical, asbestos, timber & damp and any other reports necessary.
Recording and management of client and agent data.
Experience within residential sales or sales progression within estate agency preferred
Planning and time management skills
Good rate of pay
