You will be responsible for coordinating SEN provisions, ensuring that all students with additional needs receive the tailored support they require to thrive academically and socially. Your expertise will guide and inspire our teaching staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the SEN provision across the school, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Develop and implement effective strategies to identify, assess, and support students with special educational needs.
