Job Title: Senior Team Leader - Adults with Learning Disabilities

Our Client are a reputable organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities. Our Client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader to oversee three homes for adults with learning disabilities within our organization. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of dedicated staff members, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and support to all residents.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of three residential homes for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Providing leadership and supervision to a team of support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Monitoring the quality of care and support provided, conducting regular assessments and evaluations, and implementing improvements as needed.
Promoting a culture of inclusion, dignity, and respect within the homes, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment among residents.
Liaising with external agencies, professionals, and community resources to ensure the holistic well-being of residents.
Acting as a role model and mentor to staff, promoting professional development and continuous learning.

Previous experience working in a leadership role within the field of learning disabilities or a related sector.
A thorough understanding of person-centered approaches and best practices in supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.
Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field (e.g., Willingness to travel between the three homes as required.
