You will join a close knit team of experts that relish a challenge and enjoy getting to know every business they work with. They believe in building valuable, long-term relationships with clients and are passionate about pushing the work that they do to its limit.

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job: Become a part of our friendly and experienced SEO team. Have a significant role in content writing for blog articles, website content, and social media platforms. Conduct research into client industries, latest news, and competitors to create focused & effective marketing campaigns. Analyse and report on data to provide SEO recommendations and improvements for clients. Support SEO account managers on a variety of optimisation work for clients. Working with social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to create and promote engaging content. Utilise tools such as: Semrush, Ahrefs, Slack, SocialBee, Google Analytics and more

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours

Benefits: 37.5 Hours per week (Flexi time), Monday - Friday 22 Days holiday + bank holidays Hybrid flex working. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday and Thursday are office days. Contribution towards commuting expenses (within first 12 months) Excellent progression opportunities

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Creative mindset. Keen and eager to learn Motivated team player Can use your own initiative GCSE grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English

Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Marketing Apprentice.
