Client Manager

Network to identify new direct client engagements within targeted accounts, cultivating relationships to support growth, globally (excluding US)
· Establish and reinforce relationships with key client stakeholders, primarily marketing, medical, and procurement teams
· Lead client or project-related meetings and motivate colleagues to work collaboratively in progressing work
· Serve as a CRM advocate, being responsible for keeping account data clean and current
· Always have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of accounts including overall responsibility for internal reporting on active, lapsed and new accounts
· Communicate with internal teams to organise support for new business presentations, and transition project ownership to project management upon initiation of a project
· Maintain oversight of the status of the project and ensure client satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about Digital solutions in the pharmaceutical industry to add value, a team player and communicator, and able to understand and translate client needs and objectives into compelling proposals. Education to degree level or equivalent work experience
· At least 3-5 years of experience working with pharmaceutical marketing / digital teams or business developing digital / marketing services
· Successful track record developing business at major, mid-sized and emerging pharmaceutical companies.
· Financial acumen and commercial awareness
· Effective use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Effective use and championing CRMs
