Head of Engineering

We are currently on the lookout for aHead of Engineering to join our client in the outskirts ofLeicesteron a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for aHead of Engineering to become part ofa world-leading manufacturer of composites and GRP components for industries including Formula One, automotive, engineering, marine, aerospace, and rail.


This is the position for someone who is passionate, dynamic, ambitious, motivated and ready to grow and achieve job satisfaction with competitive salary and benefits.
Head of Engineering responsibilities:
Collaborative relationships with both the commercial and operations teams to ensure we meet customer deadlines, and the operations staff have the correct information
Planning, management, execution, and implementation of all engineering activities.
Mentoring junior team members’
Planning, management, execution, and implementation of all engineering activities.
Head of Engineering requirements:
CAD design (Catia V5 / 3D Experience)
Experience in Composites Machining
Experience within the automotive sector
At least 5 years of working in a senior role within the engineering field
Master’s degree in engineering or the equivalent in engineering experience within the automotive industry
Head of Engineering benefits:
