We are working with a leading Magic Circle firm who are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to strengthen their London-based team. Widely regarded as one of the best antitrust teams in London, they have a fantastic reputation for their work on various merger filings as well as FDI advisory across a diverse range of sectors.
Work will be varied and include elements of conduct matters, mergers & acquisitions, state aid, litigation and other regulatory matters, all within a multi-jurisdictional context. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to springboard their career by joining one of the world's best firms.
The chosen candidate will be between 2-4 PQE and will have strong experience in antitrust from a leading firm as well as excellent written communication and drafting skills are also required. The candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative whilst equally capable of working by themselves as well as part of a wider team.
