*Position: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)* We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a mixture of day and night shifts, with both part-time and full-time hours available.

*About You:*
* *Qualifications*: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
* *Experience*: Previous experience in a care home setting, particularly with older adults
* *Compassionate Care*: A kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest standard of care and support
* *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with residents and their families to achieve desired outcomes
* *Leadership*: Proven experience in motivating and leading a team, with a commitment to training and supporting junior staff members
* *Team Player*: Ability to work well within a team and act as a role model in delivering care based on best practices
