About the Role: My client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join their team in Nottingham. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in IT support and leadership, who is ready to take charge of a dedicated service desk team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-tier IT support across the organization, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The Service Desk Manager Role: In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the service desk team, ensuring efficient and effective IT support services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and end-users.
- Champion continuous service improvements and foster a positive team environment.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Service Desk Manager Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in managing a service desk or IT support team.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
