About the Role: My client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join their team in Nottingham. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in IT support and leadership, who is ready to take charge of a dedicated service desk team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-tier IT support across the organization, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Service Desk Manager Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing a service desk or IT support team.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
