Contract: 6-Month Rolling (Outside IR35)
Shifts: Various Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts Available
Sector: Formula 1, Motorsport, and High-Performance Automotive Composites
Rates: £22-26.50 dependent on shift and experience

We're looking for experienced Composite Laminators and Composite Trimmers / Fitters to join exciting Formula 1, motorsport, and high-performance automotive projects with a number of our clients in Warwickshire, Daventry and Silverstone.

You'll be part of a skilled team producing high-quality composite components for some of the most advanced race cars and performance vehicles in the world.

These are outside IR35 contract roles offering excellent hourly rates and long-term project work with ongoing extensions available.

Composite Laminators
Work to tight tolerances using detailed engineering drawings and layup manuals
Trimming and finishing to high standards for motorsport-quality components
Composite Trimmers / Fitters
Trimming, drilling, bonding, and fitting of composite components
Finishing and assembly of carbon fibre parts for F1 and motorsport applications
Use of hand and air tools to achieve precise fits and finishes
Proven experience as a Composite Laminator or Composite Trimmer/Fitter
Background in Motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive manufacturing
Comfortable working from engineering drawings and layup manuals
Flexibility to work on various shifts (days, nights, or weekends)
Contract Details
~Excellent hourly rates depending on experience and shift pattern
