Are you an experienced and ambitious lawyer ready to take on a leadership role in one of the world’s leading Project Development and Finance practices? A renowned global law firm is seeking a Senior Projects Associate (5+ PQE) to join its prestigious team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex, cutting-edge projects that can take years to put together and have a lasting global impact.

Your work will span diverse and high-stakes projects, including power purchase agreements, project development, joint ventures, and acquisition agreements. You will also engage with geopolitical considerations, working across time zones and jurisdictions to deliver seamless legal advice.

Leading the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial contracts and agreements.
Managing cross-border transactions and coordinating with international offices to provide integrated legal services.
Acting as the primary client contact on major projects, offering strategic advice and addressing complex legal and commercial issues.
Conducting due diligence exercises, analysing agreements, and summarising transactional risks for clients.
Contributing to business development initiatives, building relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities for the team.
5+ years’ PQE with substantial experience in project development and finance transactions.
~ A proven track record of handling complex commercial contracts, including power purchase agreements, joint ventures, and acquisition agreements.
~ Advanced understanding of risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions, including pricing and commercial aspects of contracts.
~ International experience and/or additional language skills (preferred but not essential).
