Position Summary The practice is seeking qualified Architects to join its growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for contributing to the design and technical delivery of a variety of projects, working collaboratively from concept design through to completion. This role requires strong design capability, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Develop design concepts and technical solutions across residential, student accommodation, hospitality, and commercial projects Produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation using Revit and BIM workflows Ensure design quality and technical accuracy throughout all project stages Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery Contribute to project presentations, reports, and client meetings as required Support the maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Uphold the practice’s design ethos and contribute positively to team culture Qualifications & Experience ARB-registered Architect Proven experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality and education projects Strong proficiency in Revit and understanding of BIM processes Excellent technical knowledge, including detailing and construction understanding Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills Demonstrable passion for high-quality design and problem-solving What the Practice Offers Opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment Flexible working arrangements (2 days wfh) Work from abroad scheme Clear career progression pathways Commitment to professional development and innovation Ready to join a practice that values creativity, flexibility, and your wellbeing?
