What You'll Bring Proven experience in Benefits Administration within a complex, multi-country or multicultural environment Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and effectively Ability to interpret benefit policies, support process improvements, and deliver exceptional service Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, or similar platforms Knowledge of regional employment laws and benefits legislation relevant to the UK and Europe Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements Nice To Have Skills Prior experience within HR Shared Services delivery models Coaching or training skills to develop team or stakeholder capabilities Familiarity with wellness programs and vendor management Experience supporting benefits system implementations and enhancements Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience Several years of hands-on Benefits Administration experience in fast-moving, global environments Knowledge of social security programs, vendor management, and compliance frameworks Other Requirements This position is office-based with a flexible work model, including 50% remote work Employment to commence in January 2026 Must hold valid employment eligibility within the UK If you're ready to bring your expertise in benefits operations to a forward-thinking organisation and make a meaningful difference, we encourage you to apply now.
