An experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant (GL, AP, AR, etc.) Familiar with Oracle Fusion Tax, OTBI, SmartView (a big plus) Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Support Consultant Overseeing day to day application support for a variety of clients. Utilising your Oracle Cloud Financials and Fusion Tax expertise to oversee and resolve support issues and add value through delivering fixes and ongoing ways of improving current delivered functionality. Leading Requirements gathering, creating and developing documentation for business changes. Oracle Cloud (SaaS) Financial Modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets. (Oracle Fusion Tax setup, configuration and support (Desirable) Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and Smartview Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent support projects will be required Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scope Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Strong Career Progression & mentorship coaching through our Strength in Balance and leadership schemes with a dedicated quarterly Pathways Career Development review A large training budget for accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.
