Technical expertise is the foundation of our business, driving innovation and bringing new concepts to life. We are looking for a UK Technical Support Engineer to join our UK subsidiary team. Conduct trial and initial fittings for customer approval, setting the benchmark for installation partners, and assist customers with technical inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with the Brigade Service Partner (BSP) network.
Provide telephone support for external customers, partners, and internal teams (Customer Services, Sales, and Fleet) regarding troubleshooting and technical product inquiries.
