The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. The JKS portfolio currently includes Michelin Starred restaurants Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as cult favourites Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, and Bibi. The Role As Bar Manager you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have excellent understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock and cost control. The Successful Senior Bar Manager will have: Prior experience as a Bar Manager within a high-quality restaurant or bar; Experience with late nights; preferred (The role will involve some late finish times); Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in; A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail; Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn; The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group; What We're Looking For: World-Class Bar Experience : You have a proven track record as a Bar Manager in a high quality Bar, where you have honed your craft and developed an in-depth understanding of mixology.
