This comprehensive profile of the Change Manager Audio (f/m/d) outlines the expectations and requirements for a Specialist, Change Manager, emphasizing the need for a balance between technical understanding and human empathy.
You collaborate with Business Sponsors, Programme Managers, and People Leaders to develop robust change plans.
Another of your responsibilities is to ensure understanding of all technical aspects of the change and develop appropriate training plans and coordinate communication plans with Corporate Communications in line with the change plan.
While grasp the technical and human implications of proposed changes, you do lead Change Management relationship with Corporate Communications and coach and influence People Leaders on managing changes for their teams.
You engage with Business Sponsors and Programme Managers to stay informed about timescales and changes as well as with Stakeholders of impacted teams to monitor communication success.
You bring a Qualification in Change management methodology as well as a proven track record of delivering results.
You have a continuous improvement orientation, outstanding organisational skills and thrive change with constructive challenge building.
You are well known for you influence- and Stakeholder management.
In your empathetic and authentic manner, you coach and mentor your team, spurring them on to peak performance.
