We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Researcher to join our team in London. This is a pivotal role with significant scope for development, including the opportunity to step into a management position as the business scales.

Build longlists and support targeted outreach strategies.
Perform desk research including organisational analysis, competitor benchmarking, and talent pipelining.
Maintain search progress trackers and internal databases.
Prepare candidate briefing documents, market insights, and client-facing research outputs.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of research tools, processes, and systems.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in executive search research or delivery, ideally within a boutique or sector-focused firm.
Exposure to media, data, information services, or technology sectors is advantageous.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent desk research, analytical, and written communication abilities.
Proficient in LinkedIn, research platforms, and productivity tools.
