Role: Lettings Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)

Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.

30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

* Company pension

Carrying out property lettings valuations in person

* Responsible for generating new lettings business.

* Creating and preparing all lettings marketing material

* Carrying out lettings property viewings

* Carrying out inventories, check ins & check outs.

* Dealing with property maintenance issues

* Issuing the relevant legal notices

* Lettings manager experience - essential

* Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle..

* Good telephone manner

* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
