Insurance Account Manager – Hampshire (Hybrid) - £40k + Benefits We’re working with a long established, specialist insurance broker who provide a comprehensive range of insurance products for Properties and Directors within the leasehold property management sector. As a result of business growth, they now seek an additional Insurance Account Manager / Insurance Coordinator as follows:
- Working Mon-Fri, 35 hours per week partly from home (2 days) and partly from a Hampshire office
- Insurance background essential, having specific property insurance experience would be highly beneficial.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of FCA regulations as they pertain to insurance provision
- Working with Property Management companies & Resident Management Companies providing insurance products for Directors, Buildings, Estates, Terrorism, Engineering and Landlord & Tenants (maintaining FCA compliance at all times)
- Client facing, not insurer facing (i.e. you will deal directly with policy holders, not underwriters)
- Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurance
- Preparing and issuing new business & renewal terms and quotations
- Dealing with client queries via multiple channels – e.g. email, telephone, post – in a timely and professional manner
