SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER LOCATION: HYBRID/WATERLOOVILLE

Seeking a Senior Account Manager with a passion for Beauty. We are looking for a driven and commercial Senior Account Manager who thrives on creating and nurturing long term customer relationships. You will embrace the opportunity to work with premium brands, both large and small, and love delighting them with customer service the Pelham way. Pelham Laboratories is a specialist skincare and haircare contract manufacturer with a real focus on added value. We work with many of UK and Europe’s most loved premium, niche and cult beauty brands offering bespoke brand development & production from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.
  
Day-to-day management of a number of contract and retailer accounts.
Delivering sales targets and associated key performance indicators (KPIs).
Working closely with the NPD, Technical, Purchasing and Operational teams on both new projects and existing lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Supporting the Head of Sales with executing strategic opportunities.

Previous experience within Account Management, ideally within the Health & Beauty sector.
Strong commercial acumen.
