About the role

As a Quality SystemsManager at Albelli Photobox Group, you will play a pivotal role infostering a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment toquality and occupational health & safety (OH&S) across ourmultinational manufacturing sites. Working within the IndustrialEngineering & Planning function, you will collaborate closely withlocal quality assurance, production, process improvement, and customerservice teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the broader Industrial Engineering & Planningand Operations teams to develop and implement quality systems as bestpractices (international travel required).
  • Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with Local Quality & Factory Managementteams, Project Management Office, Customer Service, and Product Teamsto drive the development, implementation, and project management ofinitiatives aimed at enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) andoverall customer experience.
  • Implement and validate newquality systems/processes, working alongside data owners andfunctional managers to monitor and report on their effectiveness,compliance with quality systems, and level of implementation.
  • Manage the group-wide QMS implementation within the operationsfunction, from defining the scope to delivering results acrossmultinational sites.
  • Develop and execute training plans todrive quality systems initiatives and provide training in qualitysystems methodology.
  • Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues,instilling a quality-first mindset.
  • Conduct internal andexternal audits, reporting and addressing findings in alignment withthe QMS.
  • Report relevant metrics and project updates to themanagement team.

Experience and attributes wevalue

  • BAchelor (BSc) or Master degree in ascience or engineering discipline.
  • Equivalent extensiveexperience in a similar mid/senior quality systems role.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Lead auditor (ISO 9001 or similarquality standard).
  • Lead auditor (ISO 45001 or similar OH&Sstandard).
  • Manufacturing or factory-based experience.
  • Fluent in English both written & spoken.
  • Report/SOPwriting Problem solving 8D.
  • Data analysis Pareto,Histogram, RSD.
  • Project management tools Gantt chart,Critical Path Analysis, Action plan.

Nice to HaveExperience

  • Formal qualification in qualitymanagement.
  • Formal qualification in project management.
  • Formal qualification in health & safety NEBOSH.
  • Coaching experience.
  • Print industry, e-commerce, aerospace,automotive or FMCG.
  • Fluent in either Spanish, German, orDutch both written & spoken.
  • Membership of the CharteredQuality Institute.
