Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a role where you can take full ownership of high-impact construction and development projects?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation with a diverse pipeline of work, including redevelopments, new builds, and mixed-use schemes. If you enjoy leading projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring exceptional delivery standards, this role offers both challenge and long-term career potential.
Leading 1–2 major construction, new build, or refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
* Coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless project execution.
* Delivering projects on time, in scope, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* Developing detailed project scopes, objectives, feasibility plans, and technical documentation.
* Using verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, timing, and costs.
* Monitoring and reporting on project performance, escalating risks or issues when needed.
* Strong experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and building project management.
* Knowledge of new build steel portal frame structures.
* Proven track record of leading projects “cradle to grave.”
* Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required.
