About The Role

As a RICS qualified Rural Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in developing new & existing projects and providing support services to the relevant clients/customers. The role involves supporting an expanding department in various professional work aspects including estate and property management, diversification and planning, valuations, taxation, succession planning, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Manage estate and property portfolios. Assist in diversification and planning projects. Conduct valuations, taxation, and succession planning assessments Prepare Farm Business Tenancies, Grazing Licences, and Contract Farming Agreements. Advise clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants Facilitate land and property sales, as well as acquisitions. Handle utility and infrastructure compensation claims Provide expertise in renewable energy projects. Maintain a commitment to excellent client care. Utilise IT systems for efficient case management. Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience as a RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor. Ideally a registered Valuer and FAAV, not essential but preferred. Commercially minded with a commitment to client care. IT literate with web-based case management system experience. Strong communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle. Hours Of Work
