The tech:

The package:

Up to £120,000 + a 10% bonus and other benefits - there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.

The role:

  • 70-80% hands on coding in C#, .NET
  • Driving a high-performance team of 6 on a remote basis
  • Building toolsets that extract, transform and load large volumes of customer data from complex systems
  • Improving the speed of onboarding of new customers ensuring they receive immediate ROI.
  • Solving problems by delivering excellent solutions
  • Reducing technical debt

The engineers are empowered to push to production on their own. Their CI scans run on the PR, it's peer reviewed then the engineer pushes to prod and monitors for impact. They ship to production 100+ times per month

Data transfer happens with high frequency and low complexity. They use an internal tool for ETL. Data is transformed into the data store and then pushed to the SaaS platform.

Your background:

  • A hands-on .NET Engineering Team Lead who has a proven track record in a startup, scaleup or high-growth organisation
  • Experience working with High Frequency ETL or Data Transfer / Migration ideally in a SaaS platform
  • Experience working on a customer onboarding product that transfers data.
  • Experience high-quality code using Unit Testing, Integration Testing, TDD or similar
  • Self-motivated with a Growth Mindset
  • Led high-performing teams in a continuous delivery environment
  • Positively impacted teams and engineering processes

Interview Process:

3 stages - Chat with Director of Software Engineering, Tech Interview, Final Interview with Leadership Peer Group.
