Operational Resilience Technology Business Partner (VP)
Are you passionate about enhancing digital resilience in the financial sector? We are seeking a dynamic Operational Resilience Business Partner to join our clients team and drive the development of a comprehensive Operational Resilience framework.
Role Overview: In this key role, you will ensure compliance with UK FCA/PRA and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) standards. You will build awareness, foster collaborative relationships across our UK and European entities, and support the ongoing maturity of our Operational Resilience Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Development: Develop and manage the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and support Service Owners.
- Critical Systems Management: Oversee the resilience of Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical/Important Functions (CIFs).
- Technology Integration: Work with the technology division to ensure policies are followed and support business continuity.
- Technology Testing: Manage technology testing activities, including scenario testing and response plans.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Assess and prioritise vulnerabilities, define remedial actions, and track implementation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the creation of the annual regulatory self-assessment and ensure compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Operational Resilience Policy Statements, DORA requirements, and cybersecurity threats.
- Technology Focus: Experience in disaster recovery and cybersecurity, with the ability to support technology colleagues.
- Leadership: Ability to resolve risks, manage projects, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and advocate for operational resilience.
