Analyst - D365 HERO Programme

The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the HERO Programme—a global transformation initiative implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across CHANEL’s Finance & Operations landscape. This role will help ensure the successful design, documentation, and deployment of standardized global ERP processes, working closely with the Global Business Process Architect and cross-functional teams.
Process Analysis & Documentation
ERP Implementation Support
Collaborate with technical teams to validate D365 configurations against business requirements.
Support testing activities including scenario creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
Monitor configuration changes and ensure alignment with governance protocols.
Assist in preparing training materials and organizing training sessions.
Where one tower stops and another starts you will ensure that there are no gaps created that could/would impact business performance.
Support periodic process health checks and quality assurance reviews.
Liaise with the HERO PMO for reporting, risk tracking, and milestone updates.
Working in a high-impact global transformation programme.
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ERP support, or process documentation across multiple disciplines.
~ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.
~ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
