Here at Walker Sime, we take immense pride in the exceptional calibre of our healthcare team. Ideally, your experience is derived from managing complex NHS Acute and Mental Health projects. You should have a background in contract administration for both JCT and NEC contracts.

Managing all phases of new-build and refurbishment schemes from inception to completion.
Collaborating with external consultants and design team members to communicate project requirements.
Producing project execution plans and critical path programs.
Undertaking procurement of services in compliance with the Trust's Standing Financial Instructions.
Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems.
Coordinating and managing internal and external meetings related to the project.
Leading the change control process and managing project information flow.
Producing formal project progress and other reports.
