With 300 airports in around 50 countries and a global workforce of 60.000 employees Swissport is the world’s largest provider of ground handling, cargo, and other aviation related services. We are now looking for a Senior Manager, Leadership Development who will be based in the United Kingdom. The Senior Manager, Leadership Development is responsible for defining and leading Swissport’s leadership development strategy. This position plays a critical role in building a strong leadership culture and ensuring that the organization has the leadership talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.

Leadership Strategy : Design and execute a comprehensive leadership pipeline and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission and strategic objectives
Talent Pipeline Management : Support succession planning efforts to identify and prepare high-potential employees to build a robust pipeline of ready leaders
advise on usage and best-in-class practices, and manage internal and external coaching pools
Learning and Development : Partner with the Learning Academy Team to design, deploy and manage leadership development programs utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging and effective leadership learning that is aimed at building capability and bench strength
Build out our team and leadership effectiveness capabilities to enhance the performance, cohesion and collaboration of teams
Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate and foster strong relationships with senior leaders, HR and other key stakeholders to assess and understand development needs, ensure program alignment and gain buy-in for leadership initiatives within their regions
Maintain a strong connection to industry leaders of Leadership Development and continue development of personal and team subject matter expertise

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
methods for selection, assessment, performance management, development, talent management/succession planning)
Deep expertise in competency modeling and needs assessment and analysis
Ability to proactively manage large, multi-year projects to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are met
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and inclusion
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
