The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work in a learning disabilities and complex needs service on the outskirts of Gorleston-On-Sea.
Are you a registered nurse with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs?...As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans for residents.
* Monitor residents' health status and provide skilled nursing care, including medication management and wound care.
* Advocate for residents' rights and empower them to participate in decision-making about their care.
* Provide ongoing support to residents, families, and care staff.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.
* Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
* Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the care home.
A full UK Driving Licence.
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
