Senior Network Engineer

FluidOne supports the needs of 2500 customers, including 200 channel resellers, with services covering connectivity, SD-WAN, cyber security, IT managed services, mobile, IoT, UCaaS and CCaaS. Addressing the needs of SME, mid-market and Enterprise, FluidOne consults with its customers to design solutions that complement their in-house IT structures. FluidOne takes complex hybrid multi-site environments and makes them simple and secure, so end-users can access their business applications wherever they are.
Working within the Networking Engineering Team to deliver networking solutions for our clients and the primary role will be to deliver multiple projects, working closely with both the client, and our project management team.
The successful candidate will have close involvement with our client base as well as working with our existing technical team to deploy network solutions and working as part of a resolver group for troubleshooting technical issues and support activities when required.
With focus on connectivity and networking, you will be fully supported and trained to gain the knowledge and skills required to reach your potential within this role, opening doors for progression within our expanding company.
Leading projects during project delivery.
Commissioning WAN circuits / MPLS / Ethernet / Internet.
Configuring, installation, and troubleshooting hardware.
Investigating and troubleshooting network availability and application problems and other requests for support.
Performing troubleshooting and diagnosis for issues using the technical resources and managements and monitoring tools available.
Perform logical and physical design activities. Design, develop, implement, tune and support network environments and equipment.
Implement complex hardware and software upgrades to meet capacity requirements.
Perform configuration changes to increase network coverage.
Adhering to quality communication standards defined by FluidOne.
Adhering to Fluid One’s Security and Data Protection and confidentiality Clauses.
Maths, English.
Cisco CCNA Technical Accreditation or equivalent experience.
Be competent at configuration and troubleshooting of WAN/LAN products, multi vendor skills would be a bonus.
