Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Manager to join a local authority in Westminster. The Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of critical housing projects, driving impactful outcomes.
  • Produce and present high-quality reports to meet the needs of the Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership.
