We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer, will be responsible for:
* You will be responsible for carrying out modifications and installations when required
* Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
* You will provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
* Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.
* To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer role you must have:
* Electrical and Plumbing qualifications are a must.
* The ideal candidate would have appropriate up to date training such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
* Have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
