As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our investment in people and leadership development across the organisation. We are now looking for a Talent Development Lead to shape our learning culture, accelerate capability growth, and build a future-ready leadership pipeline.

Design and deliver OD strategies, programs, and interventions to strengthen organizational capability, culture, and performance for Evac’s future success.
Lead Talent & Succession Processes: Drive talent reviews and succession planning across leadership levels, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Lead HiPo development initiatives and build a strong, future-ready leadership pipeline.
Leverage Talent Analytics: Use data and analytics to identify capability trends, skills gaps, and leadership readiness.
Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy: Transform workforce plans into targeted talent strategies by defining priorities across talent acquisition, development, succession, organisational design, and retention.
Coach & Facilitate: Provide coaching to leaders and deliver impactful workshops and development sessions.
Advance Digital Learning: Own and enhance Evac’s e-learning platform and digital learning initiatives.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, resources, and continuous improvement of all development programs.

Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
~15+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, or OD, ideally in a global or matrix organization.
~ Proven expertise in leadership development, HiPo programs, succession planning, and workforce planning analytics.
~ Experience with learning platforms and digital learning solutions.
~ Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ICF coaching, or Prosci are an advantage.
~ 3–5 years of experience in selling educational solutions, commercializing training programs, or providing HR consultancy services.
~ Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and change leadership skills.
~ In this role, you’ll help shape the development of our people, support leadership readiness, and build the capabilities needed for a more sustainable world.
