Sales Executives
V-Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a reputable, fast growing vehicle buying service based in Normanton, West Yorkshire, to recruit additional sales executives/vehicle purchasers for their growing teams.
We are looking for highly motivated, driven, and hardworking individuals, ideally who come from a background of sales (face to face or telephone based), to join the company on a permanent basis.
With lots of benefits, including uncapped bonus, an exciting working environment including other initiatives, excellent on-site facilities, including a gym and extensive progression opportunities, there are so many reasons to apply.
Working as part of the inhouse vehicle purchasing teams, you will be making outbound calls using a dialler system and specialist CRM system to make contact with warm leads.
* You will be working to weekly targets, which, when achieved and exceeded, will lead to exceptional, uncapped bonus paid to you on a monthly basis with your wages.
Full time, part time potentially considered.
* Working hours are 9am6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work one 10am-7pm each week. Saturday working (approximately every other)
* These are permanent roles

The successful candidates will have a strong background in working towards sales targets, and other KPIs, and be determined and resilient in their approach to their workload.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft package, and good general IT skills
* Must have an excellent telephone manner, and proven experience of delivering excellent customer service, either face to face or over the telephone
* Some sales experience is essential, but no automotive industry experience is required as full training can be given.
