The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a Unit Manager for a beautiful Nursing Home in Downham Market.
Do you have proven experience as a Unit Manager, or a similar leadership role in the care sector?
Do you have a good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding? As a Unit Manager, you will assist the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home. You will be part of a strong management team, working closely with our nurses and carers to provide a consistent service delivery that meets the needs of our residents. Your focus will be on making sure we have the best care provisions for our residents and you will actively contribute to care delivery.

Proven experience as a Unit Manager, or a similar leadership role in the care sector.

* A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding.

* Good care skills, with a focus on person-centred care

* Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care.

* Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.

You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.

You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills with procedures and processes in place to help you at every step.
