We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead / Manager with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a small team of recruiters. #

We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships – with our clients, candidates and the wider organisation.

Recruitment duties
Networking and local network events
Management duties
Performance management
Setting and monitoring KPI’s
Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management
