A leading, progressive UK law firm is seeking an exceptional Legal Director or senior lawyer to join its highly regarded Employment team . This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished employment law specialist to take on a senior leadership role within a dynamic, people-focused practice known for its innovative approach, high-profile work, and collaborative culture.

As a Legal Director or Partner within the Employment department, you will:
Advise a diverse client base, including media and creative industries, technology companies, charities, and senior executives
Mentor and support junior lawyers, shaping the development of the department
8+ years PQE in high-quality employment work
~ Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of employment law
~ Proven experience handling complex tribunal litigation and advisory matters
~ A track record of developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
~ Leadership capability and enthusiasm for supporting team development
~ A commercial mindset, strategic approach, and excellent communication skills
