We’re looking for a bright, intelligent content creator with brilliant knowledge of social media platforms, tik tok, instagram, twitch etc…

Currently renovating a first-of-its-kind in the UK site to become an exciting venue, events, and gaming leisure hub in Sunderland
This would suit a marketing graduate with 2-4 years’ experience in social media management and content creation role looking for that wicked career move in a fast growing dynamic business
You will be responsible for overseeing engagement, delivering strategy and business activities on social media, through implementing content strategies

Social media and community experience ideally within the esports industry

* Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training

* Actively uses social media platforms such as LinkedIn for business networking and industry updates

You will oversee engagement on social media channels (including, but not limited to; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube), through implementing content strategies

* Develop social media content with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and a best-in-class social media experience

* Responsible for planning and maintaining the social media calendar and associated projects

* Analyse engagement data across all owned social media channels and provide monthly reports

* Knowledgeable in optimising SEO, algorithms, keyword research and analytics

* Identify trends in customer interactions, drive actions through insights, determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement using skills in data analysis and interpretation of statistic

* Help develop community-facing activations including digital-events, contests, live streams and live events to build lasting relationships and advocacy amongst our community

* Inspire community conversation and self-moderation to ensure the discussions are safe and

* Provide solid copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, with an understanding of how to write a successful tweet with an effective tone of voice, to creating ad hoc social media graphics when required

* Stay up to date with all the latest social media trends, specific platform features, emerging digital technologies, gaming and esports
