RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for our talent, assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have.
Collaborate closely with our film/broadcast/scripted talent, managing their day-to-day diaries and ensuring smooth communication.
Utilize your industry knowledge and connections to scout new, emerging, and established talent, keeping our roster fresh and dynamic.
Handle client contracts and NDAs with precision and confidentiality.
Take charge of incoming brand partnership inquiries, coordinating opportunities that align with our talent's interests and objectives.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and security details for talent, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS
Bring at least 1 year of experience within a casting role or talent management agency, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
Possess excellent knowledge of the film and acting industries, staying up-to-date with trends, projects, and talent.
Have experience with Spotlight submissions, showcasing your ability to navigate casting platforms and talent databases effectively.
