Network Operations Engineer

This is a hybrid position but you will be required to attend our HQ office twice a week , based in the City of London area.

Working in our Network Operations Centre as a 2nd line Network Support Engineer.
Diagnose and solve 2nd line problems and incidents with limited supervision and within SLAs.
Monitor ticket queues, multitask, and prioritise work by shifting focus as and when required.
Troubleshoot system and network problems , ID root cause and escalate when appropriately.
Perform RMAs, software upgrades and patch management, for several vendors.
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, access rights and inventory.
Working with other areas of the business to support the deployment of new products or tools.

CCNA certification, working towards CCNP
Experience within a network support environment
