This is an exciting opportunity to be part of high-quality construction projects across the region. About the Role: As a Plasterer & Roughcaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying plaster or roughcast render to internal and external wall surfaces. Duties will include: Mixing plaster materials to the required consistency Applying smooth plaster coats to walls and ceilings Applying roughcast render to exterior surfaces Maintaining a high standard of workmanship Operating plastering tools and equipment safely Requirements: Proven experience as a time-served Plasterer & Roughcaster Skilled in plastering techniques and ability to achieve a quality finish Knowledge of roughcast render application and coloring Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Self-motivated with excellent time management skills What We Offer: Option for direct employment or self-employed subcontractor basis Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications Steady pipeline of projects with variety of work Opportunity to grow with an established building contractor Supportive team culture with quality focus
