We are seeking a highly organised and experienced freelance Event Manager to join our team at HCG UK, collaborating closely with our Scientific and Client Services functions on event execution across multiple accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional events for leading pharmaceutical clients. Lead and manage event logistics across multiple accounts and projects within the pharma sector.
Collaborate confidently within a multi-skilled team of scientific and client services professionals.
Oversee all aspects of event delivery, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Proven event management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm), with some flexibility as needed.
Willingness to travel onsite if required (rare occurrence).
