As a Principal Estimator you would be responsible for project and package values of circa £100m+. Some of our projects reach more than £1bn in value You won't be alone with our in-house delivery and support from internal commercial teams and procurement. Can you help secure profitable work streams in a timely manner? We can support this with access to the latest digital engineering tools and estimating software. Implementation of core process/internal governance throughout the tender process.
Commercial Analysis of subcontractors quotations.
Provide robust and structured training of assistant and trainee estimating grades.
Advise on finalisation matters of risk, qualification and margin.
Provide estimating support in pre-bid submissions/pre-qualification documents for large-scale/ complex projects.
Procurement – exposure to various mechanisms for the procurement of projects.
Pricing – expert in establishing a forecast of net prime cost, preliminary costing and cost planning.
Ability to lead complex/multi trade tenders through the settlement process
