Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal to join their established team in Thatcham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for Private Client matters to contribute to a Legal 500 Tier 1 team and work alongside industry leaders. The successful candidate will assist in managing a caseload under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling a range of Private Client matters, including:
  • Supporting in drafting and executing wills.
  • Assisting in drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Providing support in estate administration for non-taxable and taxable estates.
  • Assisting in the drafting of Deeds of Variation.
  • Supporting in the creation and administration of trusts.
  • Contributing to marketing and business development efforts.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience or strong interest in Private Client matters.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
