We are currently looking for a Welding Supervisor to join our Team at Sizewell B.
Allocate and monitor welding related tasks to those under his control to achieve the required levels of performance and productivity.
Completion of site welding quality records and traceability for consumables, materials and plant items.
Estimating, ordering and deployment of welding related consumables and equipment.
Implement safety procedures e.g. risk assessments, method statements, permit to work, Improvement ,observation process etc
Oversee welding consumable control and welding stores.
Complete pre and post weld inspections of weld and equipment set-ups to ensure compliance with specified standards, procedures and work Instructions.
Liaison with sub-contracts/commercial function to define
Full Apprenticeship in relevant trade or NVQ 3 or equivalent in Welding
CCNSG Safety Passport or IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH Cert
CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
