We're looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead on the commercial strategy to ensure our client hits their future objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the company's sales strategy, spearhead their expansion plans and open new revenue streams.

You will lead on all sales activity, partner relations and planning for additional growth across the UK.

Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth, leveraging market insights and partner feedback.
Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives, overseeing their efforts to ensure they consistently surpass targets across sales, retention and profitability.
Provide leadership to the sales team, defining clear goals and success metrics that align with the overarching company objectives.
Create a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Attend automotive industry events and panel discussions, representing the company effectively across the UK.

You will have a background in driving substantial growth in the Automotive industry, enhancing brand reputation, whilst ensuring operational excellence for both your employer and your partners.

A proven track record of leading commercial teams to consistently exceed goals, market expansion, and team performance improvement.
Demonstrated success in operating successful B2B partnerships at scale, with experience pitching to C-suite and senior individuals.
Experience translating financial goals into actionable sales team objectives, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Previous experience as a member of a leadership team creating and implementing commercial strategies.‍
