As a Bank Receptionist at a Barchester care home, youll provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home with us. You can expect to answer phone calls, greet visitors, manage the reception area and show prospective residents and their families around. No formal qualifications are required but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
