We are seeking a talented and experienced Healthcare Senior Associate with a strong background in inquests to join our dynamic Newcastle team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare cases, focusing on inquests and related healthcare matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for healthcare law and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
Provide expert legal advice on healthcare matters, including clinical negligence, regulatory issues, and patient safety.
Manage a caseload of healthcare cases with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and evidence.
Prepare and review legal documents, including witness statements, reports, and correspondence.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the healthcare practice.
Qualified with significant experience in healthcare law and inquests.
Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical negligence.
